Her shoulders are quite off, they do not match. Also, i don't think I'd keep these outlines, but it's up to you what you want to do with your works.
What I like here is lighting, it's really nice.
And with those lines it gives cartoonish feeling, if that's what you meant to achieve, then it's fine.
